I welcome both self-funding and insured patients. All fees must be settled at the time of treatment. A receipt of payment will be provided to enable you to claim back the cost of treatment from your insurer.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check with your insurer prior to initial assessment that they will pay for treatment retrospectively, and be aware that there may be a shortfall for which you are responsible.
I cannot liaise with private medical or health insurance companies on your behalf.
Card payments (all major cards accepted, including American Express) must be made in full at the time of appointment.
Cancellations must be made by 'phone at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur the full consultation fee.
